not a glorious race, but I hassled through it, had issues mostly in the circle on too many controls. I will get better - 30 min last week, only 20 min this week - still good physical effort.

Z-man and myself ran Morristown Park loop in opposite directions, I started slow and picked up pace later, felt much better as I went along.

finally some nice running weather - this run felt good, pushed harder and run faster on a second loop.
