running with the map on the trail, learning to run and read the map with glasses on. spotted some white and yellow controls

lost 11 min on 2 , did not notice the only good attack point ~300 m from control, and was zooming around in wonderland; ran right by 11 and got disoriented , so corrected into wrong direction, lost more than 3 min on that, got really tired at the end or (dehydrated), barely moved for last 10 min or so, + loosing another 2 min on 18 did not help the cause. Yet, very happy to get out and finally do something with my pure map reading eyesight, I thought it worked very well, no rain though.

felt great running, a little stiff calves after, as expected. I did not push too hard, but I think 19 @ 39 is a little too fast for my current shape.
