6 long horse loops in Forest Park: 15:47(142), 15:34 (145), 15:15 (148), 15:13 (148), 15:07 (150), 15:00 (151). In the dark, with headlamp. Minor pains and aches associated with running in cold weather - knees, r. foot, hips - on and off. Great view of a golden moon-rise.

to Victory Field + 8x400/400 @ 1:29-1:32/ 2:22/2:40 + back home. Super windy, that made intervals tougher for at least 200 m. the target was 1:31 for 400 m, but it felt hard. I have not run track intervals for way too long to remember.

4 long horse loops in Forest Park: first it was drizzling than raining; the stronger the rain was going the faster I was running: 15:30 (147), 15:28 (147), 14:59 (151), 14:13 (157). First two loops legs felt stiff all over - calves, hamstrings and quads, but got loose later on. May be, I was a little overdressed.
