To Forest Park with Valeriy, then 6 hilly loops at moderate effort. Record warm day (~59-68F). It felt good running, minor knee discomfort at the end, no lasting effect.

3 long horse loops in Forest Park, snow still on the ground, not too slippery. Felt good running on this nice sunny and cool morning (~33F). Legs felt it afterwards, since this is the longest run I have done in a month or so.
We planned to go skiing this weekend, but forecast does not look good at all, with major warm-up and rain.
