Bernie, Gaga and me ran part one of Xena's Highlander course from 2015 on Surebridge Mountain, starting from Lake Kanawauke Parking Lot. We would wait for each other at controls. Real test for new glasses - they work 100%. The plan was to meet Liisa and Rusty by water towers, but it did not quite work out. Sergei split to the road to get back to parking, we took RD trail and maintenance roads on Surebridge.

test #2 for my glasses: West Point Red course from 3 years ago, worked well, also memories of that 9.6 km course, I did not finish at the time will hunt me for long time.

Went to see a doctor today, I will take a course of antibiotics for 21 day, just to be safe. Perfectly aware that it could be just a nasty flu virus and antibiotics are useless for that, but better safe than sorry. I actually like antibiotics... they make me it more yogurt :)
Also stayed late tonight and enjoyed KC vs Pats game.

recovery run at Forest Park with the first leg of Highlander 2015. Used new +3.0 glasses, vision was 100% even during darker part of the evening. I am still having effects of the passing flu, but felt good, pace was really easy.
