3 rd leg on Suunnaton Into -1 team, started very conservative , and a bit sloppy - may be a minute lost, but very clean around forked controls in the beginning. My route choice decisions were not the fastest (straight). I was gaining ground slowly. Running felt reasonably easy. After 2-nd long leg I started to feel a bit tired, and ~ 10 km into this course ~ 100 min into the race energy level dropped, I walked most of up hills, navigation suffered too. Made it to spectator control more or less, and felt quite low, with 1 km to go, made 5 min mistake, directional, on second to last control, dropped ~ 80 places on that, and jogged to finish, not too happy with myself. R Achilles tendon was not happy either for last 3 km.
