To Forest Park + 2 new perimeter loops + back home. Very crowded today, expected, with nice warm, sunny day. Legs are fine, I felt a little tired last 2-3 km. Climbs felt nice today.

to Forest Park + 5 loops + back home. Cool day, HR is lower. R. Hamstring is the same limiting factor. I figure, right now my left one is ~ 90% of normal flex, the right one is ~ 70% or less. I hope, with time I can bring both within 95 %, that would be super good for 57 y.o. goat.

To Victory Field + 10 loops there with some short strides + back. Chilly evening, easy to run, not crowded at all. No KT tape today. Legs are fresh, but stiff in the beginning ~ 15 -20 min.
