easy run with Andrew around Sebago Lake, checking new edition of that map. All on trails and roads, it felt quite warm and humid at times. Flat trails to preserve the Achilles. Map looks good from the trails. A short swim in Sebago Lake was a big bonus on this warm day, water is warm, too.
