Event: Possum Trot XIV
 

Possum Trot in Kansas City, MO area. Heartland Conference Center map, area is small, but, excellent terrain with many, many spur/reentrant features. Dick N/Mike S (setter) did another fantastic job putting together the course. Many of the "big dogs" did not attend...gave me a chance to hang with the leaders, took 5th place overall. Congrats to Eric B. who ran away from the rest of us. My route is on Route Gadget.

Event: KS Champs (part of Possum Trot Weekend)
 

Orienteering Kansas Sprint. Fun course at Clinton Park outside of Lawrence, KS. Thought I was running pretty slow, but, turned in a reasonable time. Speedsters were not at the event so I placed a bit higher than I would have. 6th overall.

MC has a new Pug, courtesy of Dan D. Super special. Can't wait to ride.
