Parked near Urambi Hills and ran down the hill and beside the Murrumbidgee to Pine Island North, then came back via some higher paths (Bicentennial Trail?). I didn't realise it was that hot until I stepped out of the car! Was a nice loop taking in plenty of new paths for me. Only bummer was the slog up to Urambi Trig right at the end - was barely moving!

Red Hill. I've missed this place! Would have liked to have run for longer but wasn't feeling super amazing so just stuck to 30-something minutes which is the norm, and avoided a lot of hills.

Ran a loop on Cooleman Ridge, out via the northern side first up and then back over the ridgeline. Had a scary snake encounter as I was heading downhill on a narrow path through tall grass. I was looking for snakes though so it was ok although I couldn't slow down and trod right next to it. I think as long as you don't tread on them or put your foot right next to their head, you should be all right!?
