Ran a loop in Callum Brae, then a loop in Mugga, finishing back in Callum Brae. It was pretty nice, though already getting hot by 9am. Much of the section in Mugga was new to me which made things a little more interesting.

Burley Griffin Parkrun. I thought I would be pretty happy with under 20.50 considering my condition, so as I managed that I was indeed very pleased! The air was thick (heading for 41 degrees today) and I definitely lost energy in the second half, but stoked with the effort put in right to the end.
3.56, 4.09, 4.12, 4.16, 4.08.
