Lap of Lake Tuggeranong clockwise with 3 x 1km and 2 x 500m. Not really meant to be doing these with my injury, but wanted to anyway. It will be so nice when the pain has gone.

Nice run on Cooleman Ridge with two ascents of Mt Arawang - near the start and at the end.

Out along Melrose Dr to Hindmarsh Dr and back, with 10mins tempo. Pushed harder this week as last week's tempo pace was pretty slow!

Twilight event at Mt Ainslie North. Fun course which kept us on the greener rocky slopes, so no boring running legs. Navigated ok but had a few little wobbles near the end.

Lovely run on Red Hill (southern ridgeline incl. Davo) while Daisy did orientation at her childcare.
