Parked at the Isaacs carpark and started my run with a nice loop on Farrer Ridge before returning to Isaacs Ridge and running a loop there. Did 8 x 3mins on the flattish fire trails.

This was like, a really long run for me. Stopping all the time to stretch and ponder my various pains in my left side. It was a pretty nice run though. Got dropped off at the Deakin Offices and ran the length of Red Hill, dashed across the crest of Hindmarsh Drive and ran the section in Mugga Mugga then a little bit along Isaacs before dropping down and crossing Mawson suburb to get home.

Lunch time run from work. What a luxury to run in the middle of the day! I started with the hidden single track in between the parliamentary circles. This is a good warm-up, and then I hit the bikepath which took me down to the lake and all the way around the lakeside to Brisbane Ave and back to work. This would be a good loop for intervals; mostly flat and with virtually no road crossings.

Radford College, last of the twilight events.
Wanted to make it to this as I need to get some sprint practice in. Only just made the start in time so I couldn't do a warm up. Didn't do the first control well, and then took some path routes in the bush section as I wasn't wearing proper o gear. Coming back into the buildings again at c10 I tried to refocus, and did pretty well from there. Never reading a leg ahead or anything, but moving smoothly enough through the buildings. Fun course!

Through Pearce & Chifley to Hindmarsh then back along Melrose Dr with 2 x 6mins tempo. Felt rubbish and leg is still sore.
