My usual loop on Isaacs Ridge, which goes along the base, up, along the top, down. Nice.
Back was still stiff/sore.

Note

Today I tweaked my lower back lifting Daisy onto the toilet. It was quite sore at the start of the run but I ran anyway and it was manageable.

From Pine Island North, along the Murrumbidgee with a loop to the top of Urambi Hills and back beside the river. It was nice, but it got dark and really cold towards the end. At least I got to see a wombat who came out at dusk!

We had an extra day by the coast. After a bushwalk and while the kids and Matt played by the water at Candlagan Creek inlet, I ran along the beach and around Broulee Island. I hadn't done this before, despite playing at Shark Bay a few times on other visits with the kids. It was a lovely day/place/run.
