Mostly down Wanniassa Ridge and back via the Isaacs-Farrer underpass. Felt OK, bit tired in the second half.
Had to cancel my Point to Pinnacle entry today :( At least I don't have to do nasty hill training this month now. Hopefully I can make it down next year!

Farrer-Isaacs-Wanniassa loop including over little Wanniassa. Felt pretty good.

Running long 1:30:00 [3] 15.45 km (5:50 / km)

Beside the Murrumbidgee from Pine Island North, over Urambi Hills (clockwise for a change) and back via the National Trail / Archery centre. Felt tired and it was an effort to push this out to 90mins but got there eventually. Nice sunny morning.
