Tuggeranong Parkrun. So happy with how I felt and the time!! It's been 6.5 years since I last ran under 20mins.
3.55, 4.00, 3.59, 3.59, 3.59.

Farrer Ridge, out-and-back due to fading light. Cold and back in thermals again.

Running intervals 20:00 [5] 4.5 km (4:27 / km)

10 x 1min (1min) beside Lake Tuggeranong (out and back). First time wearing old-style running flats. They were very light but will feel my calves a bit more tomorrow I think.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3] 2.92 km (5:08 / km)

Always in a rush so minimum allowable w/u/d of 7.5mins each.

Running 12:36 [3] 2.0 km (6:18 / km)

Daisy really wanted to do jogalong so Matt had to come and take Isabelle in the pram and run beside Daisy so I could run ahead with Florence the reluctant runner. She did really well today and barely walked any of it. She's even said she'll give next month a go on her own (anything to get rid of coach Mum breathing down her neck). My plan worked! :D
And Daisy got a spot prize! (everyone got a spot prize today :)).
9 AM

Running intervals 30:00 [4] 6.41 km (4:41 / km)

Afterwards, I ran around the west basin anti-clockwise with 6 x 4min (1min). Still not feeling that great but got them done, better slow than not at all.

Running 55:00 [3] 10.59 km (5:12 / km)

The rest of the run. Which was actually quite a lot of time. Maybe should have added one or two more of the intervals to keep it interesting. Lovely day for it though, and I managed a 5+ hr training week for only the third time this year!
