A nice loop from Hackett which took me over Mt Majura, Hackett Hill and Mt Ainslie. Didn’t feel too bad. Saw a snake just as I was setting off!

A run over Wanniassa Hills from Fadden, in between dropping Florence off at gymnastics and picking her up. It was good to stretch the legs a bit as they felt heavy after yesterday.

Lunchtime run - 5km threshold beside the lake. It was meant to be continuous but I’ll admit that it really was too hot for the session. I stopped a few times to catch my breath in the shade of trees and wipe sweat away from behind my sunnies. So yeah I cheated a bit.

Never enough but time is a luxury isn’t it.

Twilight event at Mt Ainslie North. Fun course but the vegetation made the first half quite tough going. No big mistakes and was happy with how I pushed on. I will say though, that unfortunately it took me longer to de-buzzy my top/o-pants/socks than it did to run the course.
