Sierre Zinal climb from Sierre ran the first part on the tourist route...Managed to run the whole way at 160bpm and controlled ...total.time for the climb 65mins total run 1h45...The climb averages between 20 and 30%....

Started off really well and maintained a clear second position to Robbie Simpson until 19k, where I just had no energy what so ever and lost 2 position...think I maybe had a slight case of food poisoning, felt really sick after and drained...Took 3rd senior male.
