Felt really good on the session Twiggy set off rapid on the first rep but then faded fairly quickly, so ended up running the session on my own, smoothest and most controlled ive felt in ages and good pace.

Met Chris at Staveley for 6x5mins off 1:40 jog recovery, slightly up hill from Staveley and into a head wind which made reps 1,3,5 fairly hard work, Reps.2,4,6 had a tail wind which was nice and effort felt lots more controlled, which was good...Legs feel great at minute but throat is still a little irritated.

5x3mins at staveley felt great despite feeling rough the last few days, did odds at 5k pace and evens at 10k pace, session worked out really well was going to do six reps but thought it would be silly to push it... Pace was good 4:56, 5:08, 4:53 5:08, 4:52....

Really enjoy the sessions with mix pace or effort as don't seem to fuck you up as much...

Good hard session on the railway, in Kirkby Stephen, started at the top and ran down to the tree that was down just before the end.

Felt really good and pushed the reps, the ones going up were a bit slower but also a bit harder...But got down to 5min at the end and was able to change pace during the each rep, feel like I'm feeling the benefit of the weight sessions.
