Felt good early on but then blew up in the second half, form is very up and down this season..going to try going off a bit more relaxed and aim to come through in future races...

Ran from Chandolin to Sierre pushed upto the Visshorn (46mins) then ran into to Zinal fairly relaxed..

Ran from Chandolin towards Tignoisa then up to the lift. 600m /ish total climb, ran down the decent on the main track felt good...

Sierre Zinal climb from Sierre ran the first part on the tourist route...Managed to run the whole way at 160bpm and controlled ...total.time for the climb 65mins total run 1h45...The climb averages between 20 and 30%....
