Started at the end on the dubbs track and ran down to the bottom of Garburn, pushed up the climb to the top gate and felt good, easy down the dubbs and finished at home.

Did around 20mins at Threshold.

Easy along the Dubb track to the gate at Garburn then down to style up the field and back up onto dubb track, did an effort until 157bpm and didn't feel bad... overall the run was pretty good.
