Trained shoulders, biceps and stomach but felt very tired and I wasn't so motivated. I guess it was to early in the morning to train strength, it felt like the body still was asleep.

Tempocourse in Igersdela. First it was a bit orienteering, then one loop on the terrain track (3 km) and then some orienteering back to the finish again. Felt a little bit tired the first controls but then I came in to the tempo. After I felt very tired but didn't feel any pain in my knee.
