Morningtraining with OLGY in the pool. Did some "high knee" that was pretty hard. First schoolday this week so I was tired and not very motivated to train.

Hill training in Svartbäcksmålabacken with the running club. Started a little bit hard so in the end I ran a little bit slower I think. Was really tired after, had to rest for some minutes before I could start the warm down.
