Orienteering and some running with Reuben. Not so high tempo but still 30 cm of snow made it hard to run. Felt pretty tired in my legs in the end, and my feet where pretty cold.

Trained at friskis today. Did some extra training for my biceps and then the ordinary exercises for chest and stomach.

Long run with the club. Felt shit in the morning after the party yesterday night. But after half an hour it felt better. Ran with lasse the last part when reuben and daniel ran longer, not so high tempo then.

Training with henke at the gym. Biceps, chest and stomach. A little bit easier for the chest, but really hard for the arms. Felt nice today.

Morning training with OLGY. Felt some pain in my left knee when we did the "high knee"-part. Don't know if it could be from the intervals yesterday..

12x70 seconds intrevals on Pukevallen with 50 seconds rest. Fun and really hard training tonight. Just the grip that could have been a little bit better.

Pretty much people today so the resting was a little bit to long. Did also feel tired after yesterdays strength training.

Ran a bit of a sprint course today with Reuben. Was around 60 cm of snow so it was almost impossible to run. Fun but I became very tired.

Trained triceps and shoulders with henke today. Skiped the back exercises and hope that I can train without pain with OLGY tomorrow.

Everybody was late to the training today because of the snow. Still felt some pain in my back after yesterday so the training was easy. Didn't do all the different exercises.

Was at friskis gym and trained back, triceps and shoulders in the morning.

Night cup in Kalmar. Felt some pain in my ass/back so I took the 5 km course, but had to walk home after half. Hurted in my back when I ran uphill.

Were just 7 people today and I played in the team with just 3 players twice so it was really hard. My legs felt totaly empty after the training.

Planed to go swimming today but discovered in the morning that they have closed on sundays!
Went up to the gym in the clubhouse and did some strength for the legs instead.

Orienteering with Reuben in Svartbäcksmåla. Nice weather and nice tempo a friday afternoon. Felt better after an easy week, had more power and could focus better.

Trained with Henke at the gym. Today it was back, shoulders and triceps. Put on some more weights on the back exercises, felt very good.
