Had planed to do some strength today, but I went out for a ride on my bike instead. The weather was a little bit colder today but it was still a nice day.

Orienteering intrevals with OLGY. It was warm outside so that made the training really hard. Did some small misstakes in the end, guess it was because I was so tired.

Went to the gym afer school and trained chest, triceps, stomach and my legs. Wasn't so many there so it went pretty fast and I think I did a good training. Was really tired after.

Pool running with OLGY in the morning. Was a little bit hard today, guess it was from yesterdays trainings.

Trained shoulders, biceps and stomach but felt very tired and I wasn't so motivated. I guess it was to early in the morning to train strength, it felt like the body still was asleep.

Orienteering tempo 45:30 [4] 8.0 km (5:41 / km)

Tempocourse in Igersdela. First it was a bit orienteering, then one loop on the terrain track (3 km) and then some orienteering back to the finish again. Felt a little bit tired the first controls but then I came in to the tempo. After I felt very tired but didn't feel any pain in my knee.

Running on tracks with OLGY. Ran on some unknown tracks so it was fun to discover some new roads outside Svartbäcksmåla. The tempo turned up a little bit in the end and I had some trouble to keep up with Reuben and Cedmert.

Orienteerign intervals with Reuben and Cedmert. Started in a good tempo, but after 2 intervals I felt very tired. Was my first orienteering training on pretty many weeks now. The navigation wasn't so good in the beginning but ended up pretty good.

Morning training with Reuben and Cedmert. I was a little bit late so I came when they had started with the warm up, but that's not so unusual.

Did two of three sets with 3+2+1 minutes intervals and 1 minutes rest between. Didn't do the last one because I didn't feel 100% ok in my knee.

Helped my brother today in the afternoon to put out some controls in Andekulla for the clubtraining on tuesday. First time I ran/jogged for a while now but it felt ok. Felt a little bit pain in the beginning, but as I got warmer it disappeared.

Legs, shoulders and biceps on my own today. My legs hurted after last time I trained them, that's why I had a little brake on them. Had good power today again. Was alone on the gym, maybe to nice weather to train inside..?

Trained shoulders, biceps and legs on the gym. Meet a doctor under the day about my knee, probably a muscle inflammation he said. Wanted me to train up more strength in my legs. Felt good, didn't hurt today so I will continue and hope for the best...

Riding on my own on some new smaller roads around Nybro. Had been helping my brother on his work during the day so felt a little bit tired.

Went out for a longer ride at noon. Around 20 minutes longer then planed when I took the wrong road. Thought it would be warm then but it was really cold to ride today. That made the training to a little hell so I was tired and not so motivated in the end.

Had to cycle on my own today when the other guys from OLGY went out for a run. Pretty nice weather, just a little bit cold at some parts. Felt a little bit lazy so it was hard today. Succeeded to keep a pretty good tempo anyway.
