A easy strength training, almost like a rest day. Mixed for the hole body.

Wednesday Aug 30, 2006 #

Running 45:30 [3] 8.5 km (5:21 / km)
shoes: NEW BALANCE Off road

Recovery run on tracks and roads in the morning.

Running intervals 55:00 [4]
shoes: NEW BALANCE Off road

Warm up for 20 minutes and then 3 minutes intervals. Finished training with 10 minutes warm down.
Felt pretty good - better then last weeks intervals. Had much better power when i ran and this was the fourth training in two days..

Mixed strength at the gym. A little bit harder for stomach and chest.

Night clubchampionship in Emmaboda. The terrain was shit, green everywhere. Missed a lot at some controlls and didn't find a good tempo either.
I think it was the worse race these year..

Middle distance-DM in Målerås. A competition without some bigger meaning for me. Choosed to fix the orienteering and not miss any controls.

Mixed training at the gym. The first strength training for 3 weeks. Ended the training with 1000 meters rowing.

20 minutes warm up and after that 2 minutes intervals with 90 seconds rest.
Then warm down for 10 minutes..

Technicaltraining in Målerås. Felt slow and not motivated to run. Missed a lot and didn't have any tempo at all.
