Pool running 35:00 [2]

Morning training with OLGY. Was late today so I missed the warm up. Nice with a recovery after yesterdays intervals.

Felt pretty good in the gym today. Trained chest, biceps and stomach.

Running intervals 1:21:00 [4]

10x3 minutes intervals with 90 seconds rest. Running around the city on roads. Was slippery mostly of the time. I felt good the first two but then I got cramp in my legs. Had to strecht during every rest to be able to run in 3 minutes. Apart from that the body felt pretty ok.

Would have been a long run but after the second control me, David and Oscar went a bit shorter. Felt tired today also. Don't have any power in my body and have trouble to keep up with the others.

Running with OLGY. Felt good in the beginning but after half course my body felt totaly empty. Had to jogg and walk the last bit to the clubhouse.

Poolrunning with OLGY in the morning. Nice with some easy training after yesterday.

Intervals with the running club. 15 minutes warm up and 15 minutes warm down. Some different kind of intervals tonight, was pretty fun but not so good training for me. Felt like it was to long rest between them.

Trained chest and triceps. Felt very good in triceps and a little bit tired in the chest.

Orienteering 1:03:30 [4] 8.2 km (7:45 / km)

Night cup in Svartbäcksmåla. Ran the long course and felt good through the whole course. Ran pretty much around on the tracks instead of in the forest. Don't think I lost so much time on it, where 6.5 minutes behind the winner. Missed a little bit on the fourth control, ran to much to the right in a marsh before the control.

Started in a slow tempo and higher in the end. Felt lazy in the beginning.
