Gym with Ulrik. Did a great training for biceps and triceps, very tired after.

Did some 2 minute intervals with the running club first, then some intervals with different time and rest between. Took it pretty easy today, didn't have so much motivation.

Only four today so we played all the time without any rest in the games. Felt good in the beginning but became very tired in the end. Not so fun with no people.

4th leg in the second team. Went well in the beginning but punched the wrong control in the end so it wasn't so good. Pretty disappointed.

Went to the gym with Ulrik after work. Trained chest and stomach, felt qiute good, just having a little cold. Hope it's not gonna be any problem for SmÄlandskaveln at sunday.

Went to the gym in the afternoon to "kill some time" before the interval training. Trained biceps and shoulders.

5x4 minutes intervals with 2 minutes rest between at roads with the running club. Didn't feel great, had some trouble to breathe, probably because the cold air, so I became tired quick.

Ran a course in GĂ„rsryd with OLGY, but had to cut off a bit after half because it became to dark. We where near to get lost when we were running back to the car. Felt good today, my legs felt strong.

At the gym with Ulrik. Trained back and triceps, felt good until the last exercise, became very tired then.

Pretty easy swimming after the gym. Nice "warm down" and a good way to relax a bit.

First time with floorball for the season. Felt good but was hard because we only were 5 people there. And we also missed Reuben and his swing ;)

Ten 3 minutes hill intervals with 90 seconds rest. Ran with OLGY on the skitrack. Felt bad in the beginning but the last part went really good. Could have been because it was cold outside and I had some trouble with that.

Technical training with OLGY in Orrefors. Ran after Cedo to see which misstakes he made, went pretty good in the beginning, just some smaller misstakes. Then he missed 10 minutes or a little bit more in the end. Felt like it was a pleasant tempo for me today, wasn't so motivated to train.

Warm up and down with Viking and Pelle.

"Pair-intervals" with the running club. Two persons in a team and number one runs 2 laps (one on their own and then together with the other person) and then resting one lap when person number two cotinues on a lap on their own. Took around 90 seconds to run one lap, felt a bit tired still in my body still. My legs feels good but I'm a bit slow.

Easy running with Cedo on some smaller tracks. Felt stiff after the weekend, but I think I could strech out the muscles pretty good after.
