20 minutes before the race and 15 minutes warm down after.

Relay in Stockholm. Ran the fourth leg of five. Our team came 8 of 200 teames.
The first kilometer felt very good, but i think that I slowed down after that. The body felt tired after the race, but not completely out of power. A good race, but not more.

Training with the gymnasium. Ran small courses (4-5 controls) and stopped at the last control and waited for each other. Got good tempo in the training with this. My body felt tired after the floorball yesterday.
Time including 15 minutes warm up and 10 minutes warm down.

Played with the B-team here in Nybro. Good training with high intense.

25 minutes warm up followed of six; 70/20 + 60/30 + 40/20 with 2 minutes rest between the sets.
Short warm down, around 5 minutes.

Roadrunning to feel how my knee was today. Felt good, had pretty good power also. Don't think it should be any problem anymore..
