Sprint courses today. The ankle felt good, now I'm just tired after the cold. Hope that it didn't get any worse because of this training..

Very hard training for biceps, triceps and chest. Not so much for the legs because of the ankle..

Small courses today also. Ran half of the total course, then I had to jogg/walk home because I sprained my ankle.
