Orienteering race 31:11 [5] **** 3.6 km (8:40 / km)
spiked:12/14c shoes: JALAS Jokula

Middle distance today. Missed the first to controls, after that I felt very good. Ran fast and didn't miss anything. A little bit slower in the end when the course went up on the big hill with much rocks.

Ran the 7th leg in the relay team. Felt "heavy" all the way but didn't miss anything. Maybe the feeling was because it was very much mud and it was hard to run because of that.

Recovery run with OLGY on roads. Felt very tired after the intervals yesterday..

shoes: PUMA Complete Tenos

18 minutes warm up. Then three sets with eight 20/20 seconds intervals in each set. 2 minutes rest between the sets. 10 minutes warm down in the end.
Felt much better today on the intervals then yesterday. Don't think I'm so good at longer intervals, but that's what I need..

Trained chest and triceps.

Running intervals 1:00:00 [5] 11.0 km (5:27 / km)
shoes: ASICS Trabuco

14 minutes warm up. Then six 4 minutes intervals with 2 minutes rest between. 10 minutes warm down at the end.
Felt quicker then I thought I should be after all strength training. Happy about that.
