18 minutes warm up. Then three sets with eight 20/20 seconds intervals in each set. 2 minutes rest between the sets. 10 minutes warm down in the end.
Felt much better today on the intervals then yesterday. Don't think I'm so good at longer intervals, but that's what I need..
