Warm up to the start.

Sprint training with OLGY. Felt good in the beginning, some slower in the end.

Recovery run on roads with OLGY. Felt a little bit bad in the end, didn't eat any breakfast before training. Could be that.

Eight 2 minutes intervals with 1 minute rest. 18 minutes warm up and 7 minutes warm down.
Felt really good today, could go on max all the intrevals.

Strength training for the hole body. Did 3 sets, that's why it took so long time.

Ran on roads today with OLGY. Should have been recovery running but it was a high tempo instead. Felt tired after the weekend.
