Trained at friskis today. Did some extra training for my biceps and then the ordinary exercises for chest and stomach.

Long run with the club. Felt shit in the morning after the party yesterday night. But after half an hour it felt better. Ran with lasse the last part when reuben and daniel ran longer, not so high tempo then.

Trained back, triceps and shoulders in the morning.

Running on roads with Reuben. A nice training on a friday afternoon.

Strength training in the club gym after the running. Felt a little bit tired after the strength in the morning.

Training with henke at the gym. Biceps, chest and stomach. A little bit easier for the chest, but really hard for the arms. Felt nice today.

Morning training with OLGY. Felt some pain in my left knee when we did the "high knee"-part. Don't know if it could be from the intervals yesterday..

Club training. 30 min warm up, 10min recovery and 28min warm down.

12x70 seconds intrevals on Pukevallen with 50 seconds rest. Fun and really hard training tonight. Just the grip that could have been a little bit better.

Pretty much people today so the resting was a little bit to long. Did also feel tired after yesterdays strength training.
