Long run with the club. Felt shit in the morning after the party yesterday night. But after half an hour it felt better. Ran with lasse the last part when reuben and daniel ran longer, not so high tempo then.

12x70 seconds intrevals on Pukevallen with 50 seconds rest. Fun and really hard training tonight. Just the grip that could have been a little bit better.
