Orienteering intervals 55:00 [4]

Orienteerign intervals with Reuben and Cedmert. Started in a good tempo, but after 2 intervals I felt very tired. Was my first orienteering training on pretty many weeks now. The navigation wasn't so good in the beginning but ended up pretty good.

Morning training with Reuben and Cedmert. I was a little bit late so I came when they had started with the warm up, but that's not so unusual.

Warm up and warm down to the intervals.

Did two of three sets with 3+2+1 minutes intervals and 1 minutes rest between. Didn't do the last one because I didn't feel 100% ok in my knee.

Went to the gym before school today. Trained chest, triceps, legs and stomach. Not so much people so I could train pretty fast.
