Strength today also. Was going to do some interval training today, but came home to late from work so it became pretty dark and my motivation dissapeared. Trained biceps and chest instead, was not so many people there so I could keep a good tempo between the exercises.

Went to ålem and ran with anna. Pretty hard to read the map when I discovered that they had changed the map a bit, some tracks/roads and all green areas was gone.. It looked very nice but was really bad at some places. First real orienteering training after Smålandskaveln so it felt pretty good. Just the technical parts that I need to practice a bit now.
Were 6 people tonight. Pretty serious the first two games but then I hadn't so much motivation left. Didn't do any strength training in the afternoon, felt tired and a bit dizzy so I went for a sleep instead.
