56min medium effort run with 5x1min hard with 1min rest in the middle.
Really happy with today’s effort around the extended Bellrose loop. Worked really hard during the 1min hard stuff making the last bit of the run tough. Over the last 15min however my knee started to really hurt starting from my hip muscle. This Made the last 15min really painful.
