30min warm up run, 2mile at faster than tempo (10:35), 15min cooldown.
Ran a faster than tempo run on Gratton road today. The warmup felt really good, picking up the pace over the last 15min, then straight into a fast 2mile. I got out really quick running with Colin, Tpain, and Derek, then fell off of them around 4min in. Continued to push until the finish getting a really good effort in.
