15min warm up, 4 sets of 3,2,1 hard with 1min easy between reps and 2min easy between reps, 15min cool down (all on eliptical)

Really good workout. Back to the eliptical again because of the knee. Made sure I got in a really good effort on each hard rep. Ended up maxing our the eliptical on level 15 forcing it to quit working.. got the workout in though.

Started doing the warm up with the boys, but then my knee pain came back again so I moved to the elliptical. Got to a good effort in the eliptical and the sit and push

56min medium effort run with 5x1min hard with 1min rest in the middle.

Really happy with today’s effort around the extended Bellrose loop. Worked really hard during the 1min hard stuff making the last bit of the run tough. Over the last 15min however my knee started to really hurt starting from my hip muscle. This Made the last 15min really painful.

6min swim, drills, 3 sets of 5x40sec with 20sec and 50sec rest, 15min deep water running.

Got a really good effort in the pool. Worked especially hard when putting our hands in our head and driving the legs every other rep. Really competed in strides today.

Ran the Bellrose loop for the first time today at a medium effort (46min). Lots of puddle jumping today. Got to a pretty solid effort picking up the pace a lot over the last 400m. Legs felt sore at the start but better as I got going. Really good effort on the basic strength.

80min long run at the cascades. The trails were pretty snowy so we ran more than half of the run on the roads. Legs felt pretty sore from yesterday’s run and my stomach hurt for some reason;). Ran the last 10min pretty hard coming up the last hill entering the cascades.
