| 10x3 min intervals around town. Felt like shit and didn't have a chance at all to keep up with the fast guys from number two and on. So I ran the first six ones in a pace which was almost running, the last for was something like walking. My legs hurted, my stomach felt empty (even though I did eat a couple of hours before the training as usual), felt some pain on top pf my left foot and on the back of my hips. |

| Run with Reuben and Cedde in 2 dm of snow on tracks and a bit in the terrain. C felt his usual leg-problems and went home after half-an-hour. Nice conditions but I still felt the run from saturday in my legs. |
