Went for some cycling at the gym instead of the longrun since I still feel the pain in my hip.

Still felt some pain in my hip so I skipped the training today.

Thursday Feb 1

Running tempo 16:00 [3]

10x3 turned into 10x1 + 6x1. My hip started tu hurt quite much so I went straight home.
Running warm up/down 31:50 [1]

Warmup/down and jogging between the tempo.

Wednesday Jan 31

Pool Running 45:00 [2]
Pool running in the morning. Lang was late and cedde was sick. I was there and I was wet. As usual.

Tuesday Jan 30

Running warm up/down 56:00 [2]

Warm up/down. And some slow running between the first six and more slow running during the last four.
Running intervals 18:00 [4]

10x3 min intervals around town. Felt like shit and didn't have a chance at all to keep up with the fast guys from number two and on. So I ran the first six ones in a pace which was almost running, the last for was something like walking. My legs hurted, my stomach felt empty (even though I did eat a couple of hours before the training as usual), felt some pain on top pf my left foot and on the back of my hips.

Run with Reuben and Cedde in 2 dm of snow on tracks and a bit in the terrain. C felt his usual leg-problems and went home after half-an-hour. Nice conditions but I still felt the run from saturday in my legs.
