| Went for an easy run with map on small tracks in rydsskogen. Did actually find five controls, porbably from some schoolorienteering. Fell after half an hour and smashed my thigh into a stump. Got up on my legs after a while and headed forward but the next track I found suddenly dissapeared and I sprained my ankle. Great end of the training. |
