ABC’s and 3 strides
About 5.4 km small club race
Didn’t push too hard as didn’t want to over do foot
Then 15 minute cool down
Foot actually felt pretty good today
6 PM

Biking 30:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Finished minutes for day on bike just to make stay off foot for now

Running 30:00 [3] 6.67 km (4:30 / km)

30 minutes easy
ABC’s and 5 strides

Biking 1:07:00 [3] 6.7 km (10:00 / km)

Pretty hard bike workout mostly pushing up hills
Foot still a bit sore so keeping off as much as possible

Foot hurt a bit this morning so finished some more time after with some biking.

ABC’s and 5 strides
2x 12 minute tempo with 3 minute active rest
Then 13 minute cool down
Felt a bit slow off the start, others pushed the pace a bit to start.

Monday Aug 13, 2018 #

50 minute easy run
Then ABC’s and 6 strides
Felt pretty good but still took it easy.

Sunday Aug 12, 2018 #

7 AM

75 minute long run today
Then A, B, C’s and 9 strides
Felt pretty good, started to push the pace a bit towards the end.
