Then hill workout, surges for 22 minutes with full crest
Yoga
17 minute cool down
Was a pretty hard workout and didn't feel the best especially at the start, legs slow to start.

31 minutes of fartlek mostly tempo, not much recovery, some speed

workout felt pretty good, mostly in my wheelhouse (longer, not so fast)
felt like good work at the end
