Running 1:06:00 [3] 14.67 km (4:30 / km)

Pre act, 15 minute warm up, active warm up, strides, 2 minute tempo, 10km race, 15 minutes cool down, stretching and rolling.
Not the best race, didn’t push enough thoughout. At least I got the opportunity to see some crazy competition and can now use this for the future.

Pre act, 24 minute shake out, drills, strides, stretching, rolling and icing.
Felt good, little wet but ready to go.

Thursday Nov 8, 2018 #

6 AM

Running 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

Pre act, 15 minute barefoot run, 10 minute circuit, 10 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on bike, hip mobility, drills, strides, wieghts and stretching.
Good morning workout before departure.
4 PM

Running 30:00 [3] 6.67 km (4:30 / km)

30 minute run with Rabekkah and Kip, stretching, rolling and icing.
Good little run, a bit stiff probably from travel.

Wednesday Nov 7, 2018 #

4 PM

Running 52:00 [3] 11.56 km (4:30 / km)

Pre act, 15 minute warm up, into 10 minute tempo, 2 minute recovery, 3 minutes on, 1 minute recovery, 2 minutes on, 1 minute recovery, 1 minute on, then 17 minute cool down, hip mobility, push and sit, stretching and icing.
Wasn’t the best workout today, didn’t focus in the start, deeper in the workout got mind into it.

Tuesday Nov 6, 2018 #

6 AM

Pool 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

Pre act, capture the flag, 6 minute swim, drills, A run 3x (3x 70 sec), deep water run, hip mobility, drills, strides and stretching.
Good pool workout this morning, pushed hard and go work in. Ankle a bit sore.
7 PM

Running 40:00 [3] 8.89 km (4:30 / km)

40 minute run, solo easy run today, easy. Stretched after. Legs felt a bit stiff.

Monday Nov 5, 2018 #

4 PM

Running 50:00 [3] 11.11 km (4:30 / km)

Pre act, 20 minute warm up, into 15 minutes of 2:30 steady, 30 second surge, 15 minute cool down with 1 hill stride, hip mobility, weights, stretching and icing.
Workout was pretty good today, struggled but pushed through and hung on.

Sunday Nov 4, 2018 #

Pre act, 75 minute run, hip mobility, basic strength, stretching and icing.
Legs a bit sore, tired, run was a grind.
