Pre act, 15 minute warm up, active warm up, strides, 2 minute tempo, 8 km nationals race, then 15 minute cool down, stretching.
Not the best race today. From the start physically was not having a good race, mentally was pretty good, started back, worked way into front pack, started to lose again. Mentally stayed tough, pushed when it got hard. Just physically was not the best race.

Felt pretty good for the run today, ready to go.

Good run with Derek on hospital trails.

Pre act, 15 minute warm up, 5 minute tempo, 2 minute recovery, then 3x 1 minute on, 1 minute off, 15 minute cool down, hip mobility, stretching, rolling and icing.
Solid workout today, minuters were pretty quick and hard, felt strong though.

Pre act, hand ball, 6 minute swim and kick, drills in the pool, 30 minute deep water run, drills, strides with speed latter, stretching and icing after.

Monday Nov 19, 2018 #

Running 45:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

Pre act, 15 minute warm up straight into 15 minutes of 1:45 steady 15 second surge, then into 15 minute cool down, hip mobility, weights, stretching, rolling and icing.
Workout today was solid, it started out pretty quick and stayed quick. It was a pretty good grind especially the surges, stayed strong though.

Pre act, lunges, 75 minute run, hip mobility, basic strength, stretching and icing.
A bit sore and stiff today, was a pretty good pace especially in start, just held in the pack and did the time.
