Pre act, 45 minute run, hip mobility, push and sit,stretching, rolling and icing.
Good early run with the lads, very nice morning, legs still a bit sore, good run.

25 minute solo bop, stretch and roll.
Legs pretty stiff and sore to start out loosened up after.

Thursday Dec 6, 2018 #

Pre act, 15 minute barefoot run, 10 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on bike, 10 minute circuit, hip mobility, drills, strides with wickets, weights, stretching, rolling and ice.
Good workout this morning, weights were solid.

Run on the Hospital trails was pretty good today, felt good.

Tuesday Dec 4, 2018 #

Pre act, British Bulldog, 6 minute swim and kick, drills, then a run 3x (5x 40 seconds), 10 minute deep water run, hip mobility, drills, strides with wickets, medicine ball exercises, stretch, roll and ice.
Solid workout this morning, pool was pretty hard but got in deep and pushed.

Monday Dec 3, 2018 #

Pre act, 45 minute run, hip mobility, weights, stretch, roll and ice.
Pretty good run today, on the Hospital trails, felt good and smooth.

Pre act, lunges, 63 minute run, drills, hip mobility, basic strength, balance, stretch, roll and icing.
Solid first day back, went a bit ot. Good run.
