Pre act, 15 minute WU, active, 3x (6x 30 sec hard hill with jog down recovery) with 2 min recovery between sets, then 15 min CD, hip mob, push and sit, stretching and rolling.
Good hard workout today, focus on good arm drive and pushing.

Good workout this morning, struggled a bit but was rolling pretty well.
