Pre act, then 62 minute run, hip mobility, push and sit, stretched, rolled and iced. First bit with the lads on their WU, then solo for the rest, felt alright, legs a bit sore, a couple of minutes o/t.
Pre act, dodge ball, 6 minutes of swim and kick, then drills, 2x (90 sec, 75 sec, 60 sec, 45 sec, 30 sec, 15 sec hard running a’s), then hip mobility, drills, strides, medicine ball, stretching.

Pre act, 60 minute run, hip mobility, weights, stretching, rolling and icing. Alright run today, did warm up loop, hip was starting to get pretty sore by the end of the run thought.
Pre act, lunges, 95 minute run, drills, then hip mobility, medicine ball, stretching, rolling and icing. Ran with Heather and Kayla for most, plus the girls today. Was not good, just overall dead. Put in the work plus a little o/t by accident.
