Pre act, 6 minutes of swim and kick, drills, then 2:15 down by 15 sec to 15 sec hard a’s, then deep water running, hip mobility, drills, strides, medicine ball, stretching and rolling.
Good pool workout, solid hard effort.

Good run with Colin today, not too fast, a bit sore all over.

Pre act, lunges, 60 minute run, then hip mobility, basic strength, balance, stretch, roll and ice.
First run back, with Colin in cascades, not too bad, legs a bit flat today.
