Running 1:00:00 [3] 13.33 km (4:30 / km)

Pre act, 28 minutes total with warm up to hills and 8 hills at about Monday effort, then active warm up, 2x 3 hills, then 17 1/2 minute cool down, hip mobility, strength x, stretch, roll and ice.
The hills were pretty tough, was pushing hard, last hill legs really shut down.

Pre act, 30 minute barefoot run, hip mobility, strides, weights and stretching.
12 PM

Running 45:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

45 minute solo bop.
5 PM

Running 20:00 [3] 4.44 km (4:30 / km)

20 minutes total running with the kids that I was coaching.

Pre act, bike path plus Bellrose loop at above goldilocks pace, strength x, hip mobility, stretch and ice.
Heart took off this morning, pushed pretty hard to try to keep up, bathroom break.

Tuesday Apr 2, 2019 #

Running 45:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:30 / km)

45 minute run with Derek.
6 AM

Pool 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

Pre act, 6 minute swim and kick, drills, then 3x (3x 70 sec hard running a’s), deep water run, hip mobility, drills, form work, strides, partner medicine ball and stretching.

Monday Apr 1, 2019 #

4 PM

Running 58:00 [3] 12.89 km (4:30 / km)

Pre act, 15 minute warm up, then 3x 8 minute tempo with 2 minute recovery, 15 minute cool down, hip mobility, weights, stretching, rolling and icing.
Pretty solid workout today, took a little to get into, was pushing and rolling very well, solid weights.

Sunday Mar 31, 2019 #

Pre act, 90 minute run, drills, hip mobility, medicine ball, stretching, rolling and icing.
This run was a grind but got it done, just felt crappy today.
