Pre act, 10 minutes easy, 10 minutes medium, 10 minutes easy, 10 minutes medium, 10 minutes hard, 20 minute cool down, hip mobility, strength x and stretching.
Pretty good workout today, got rolling pretty good on the first medium, kept it going, towards the end was grinding and pushing pretty good. Got to Saturday effort on the hills.

Not the best workout, felt pretty slow and blah, worked into it.

Pre act, 20 minute warm up, 20 minutes of 4:15 steady 45 sec surge, 20 minute cool down, stretch.
Legs felt pretty slow despite pushing hard.

Sunday Apr 28, 2019 #

Pre act, lunges, then 91 minute run, hip mobility, 100 push ups and stretching.
Had a very solid long run today, just after half way started a break and kept going till the need for a bathroom break. Pushed pretty hard and got better, the long game seems to be pretty good.
